Yes, 100%. We source all our skincare and cosmetics directly from authorized distributors in Japan and Korea to ensure you receive genuine, high-quality products.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How do I check the expiration date on my products?
Most Asian beauty products use a Manufacturing Date (MFG) instead of an Expiration Date. Generally, unopened products are good for 3 years from the MFG date and 6-12 months after opening.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
