This primer, formulated with approximately 90% serum ingredients, features the first-ever inclusion of nano-lipo capsules that gradually break down to deliver moisturizing components deep into the stratum corneum. Enhanced with Niacinamide and an increased concentration of hydrating ingredients, it provides a natural tone-up effect while covering pores and dullness.
